Off-the-shelf CRM, integration, add-on or custom system?

Off-the-shelf CRM, integration, add-on or custom system?
Compare four possible approaches
Not every company needs a CRM built from scratch. A standard product may be enough for a familiar sales process. If the existing tools work but staff keep copying data between them, integration may be the better starting point. If one missing step causes the problem, a focused add-on may solve it without replacing everything else.
The planner uses your answers to organise these options. It does not select a vendor, estimate a project or replace a review of the process, data and available integrations.
Choose the answer closest to your current situation. If you do not know something, say so. Open questions become part of the result and show what needs to be checked before a decision is made.
Do not enter customer names, contact details, passwords or company documents.

Your result
To discuss the result, send us a description of one process: what starts it, who performs each step, where the data is held and how you recognise a correct outcome. We will check which points are sufficient for an initial conversation and which require a separate analysis.
