When should you start with a process map?
The analysis is useful when work is spread across spreadsheets and messages, the same information is copied between applications, order status is hard to check, exceptions send work backwards without a clear rule or different people describe the same process differently.
You do not need to describe the whole company. We begin with one process that has a clear start and end result.
Scope and pricing of the analysis
The analysis is paid and quoted individually after a short qualification. Payment is normally due after the agreed stage. A deposit may be agreed for a larger scope.
If you later commission implementation based on the analysis, the analysis fee already paid is included in the total project cost.
The result may cover verified steps, roles, handovers, decisions, exceptions, manual data entry, open questions, possible improvements, risks, acceptance criteria and the recommended first stage.

A free conversation of up to 20 minutes qualifies the process. You prepare the available facts, we discuss the real flow and exceptions, prepare a working map, ask a responsible person to check it and then deliver the final map and first-stage plan.
